Turn-key construction of the extension of a 5.250 m² floor area production hall (total built-in area: 6.590 m²) on the Lighttech Lámpatechnológiai Ltd. (Lamp technology)’s establishment in Dunakeszi together with the associated road and utility network.

Inside the building a raw material warehouse without internal division, a production hall, and a ready-made warehouse suitable for truck loading were constructed beside the offices and social premises.
