Investment preparation

Planning, licencing
We undertake the implementation of our clients’ investments from the planning through obtaining the building permits up to the certificate of occupancy.
Turn-key constructions
The main profile of our company is the design and general implementation of prefabricated reinforced concrete, steel and mixed structure halls in the whole country.
Logistics centre
We completely designed, obtained the building permits and have built in several phases the 41,000 m2 area logistics centre & headquarters of the Catone Kft.
Logistics building
Construction of a logistics building in the South Pest Business Park with a floor space of 10,000 m2 and combinable modules that can be flexibly adapted to the various tenants’ needs.
Production hall
The building with a net floor area of 2,550 m2, realized in our general construction, provides space for a production area, for numerous office functions, a tool plant and a large warehouse.
Factory plant
Turn-key implementation of the new factory plant of 13,500 m2 area in Tiszaújváros for the Radici Film SpA, Europe’s largest firm specialized in the production of flexible packaging.
Industrial facility
We have made the complete implementation plans and built the nearly 5,000 m2 of manufacturing plants, assembly department, warehouses and offices on behalf of the Fiorentini Hungary Kft.
Office and warehouse hall
Extension of office and storage hall, with prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure, with the creation of a two-story office and social block.
