In the 9th district of Budapest, our company managed the investment preparation, the complete planning, licencing, and the turn-key execution of the new multi-tenant Logistic & Business Park of an area of more than 20,000 m². The key aspect of the interior halls and administrative areas’ design was to ensure adequate flexibility to changing tenant functions.
