MAGYAR KÖRÚT – WAREHOUSE AND PLANT BUILDING

General construction of hall buildings of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with identical technical content, suitable for pallet storage, with industrial flooring sized for forklift traffic, in a design that can be sub-divided based on rental criteria. At each end of the halls an office, changing room and water block with electric heating were built.

The halls are loaded and unloaded through the industrial gates located on the longitudinal sides. The facade doors and windows of the buildings are made of plastic. The net floor area of the buildings realized in our general design is 2,078 m2.
