The building with a net floor area of 2,550 m2, realized in our general construction, with a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, provides space for the production area serving the electronics series production, which is the main profile of the developer company, for numerous office functions, a tool plant and a large warehouse. We ensured the strict temperature and humidity requirements imposed by the production technology with full air conditioning. VRF system cooling and heating technology was installed in the building, with side wall, ceiling, cassette and air duct split air conditioning units.
